Wow, what an extraordinary day it has been!
This morning, I got up as usual, and received a text, to meet my DBF for breakfast at his place. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary as we typically do that so only one of us has to buy a parking tag for school, ect.
He told me though today we were heading to the mountains for picnic. This was always something I had been wanting to do, but there really ever hasn't been time in my life.
We drove up there, enjoying the sights, and just being together. After we got to the picnic bench, I noticed he was looking rather anxious and I asked if he had an exam he forgot about, or what was on his mind. I figured it wasn't much and blew it off. He then called me over to this big tree and sat me down. By this point, I was frozen solid, and just wanted to be in the car! As I was putting on my gloves, he bent down on one knee.
Speechless. Tears quickly ensued. Completely stunned, elated, surprised.......
I of course said YES
and he started to tear up too. It was an incredible moment 
Here is picture of the ring...it isn't my hand...my ring is the same but is too big and is getting resized. Will pick it up tomorrow.
