The idea is that you catch fish by reaching your hand into crevices and try to catch fish.... usually MONSTER sized catfish..... problem is that sometimes ya find a snapping turtle.

I was talking with my dad and brothers about this last weekend. They are fishermen.
Even they think they are crazy.

My dad used to do that as a boy. He says those turtles HURT!

He also said it was the uncles and grandfathers that used to get the youngns' to do it by saying they were small enough to do it. I just think they wanted a good laugh!

I'm from NJ, we don't have gators or catfish but we do have snapping turtles. I'll keep my fingers where they are but thanks for the invite.
