Ok, my grandfather has agreed to take me with him for a week in March to Orlando. He is going out there for business reasons, staying with family friends and I am more than welcome. How lucky am I? I just got back this month. Anyway, my problem is the flight. Going on the 18th from London, the cheapest I can find is Virgin at £562. This seems a lot to me so I need guidance. Is this a reasonable price? If not, where am I likely to find one? I am happy to do 1 stop if necessary to cut costs. He has already booked his flight so it is just me.

Many thanks,
Claire

airline network has £529 not much better.

Great news about the trip though!

try giving travel counsellors a call. they search just about everyone for flights.

they have a thingy on the site to find a local counsellor for you who will then be able to help you out.

I think you may have to resign yourself to that Claire - it's Easter time I guess :(

I found Bon Voyage best - they beat Travel Counsellors by £300.

What fantastic news you are going again though! Is it just you or you and the children??

Have you looked at flying out a day or two early? Flights on weds and Thurs are usually cheaper than Friday flights.

Airline Network have a flight from Gatwick to Orlando with US Airways for £355 leaving on 17th and returning on 25th March.
