I'm desperate! I need help making an invite

Someone please help me I'm trying to plan a surprise 30th b-day party for my DH. I want to print invites but I can't find any nice easy to use templates online. I would prefer something that is maybe an 8..5'x11" sheet folded in half...

Did you try using word and then searching for a template that way?

Have you bought any sort of paper for it? You can go to most office supply stores and find it inexpensively. I find that's quick and easy.

I have gone through the word and publisher templates but I haven't found anything yet, I even looked on the dowloadable templates and there was nothing good on there.

I have google everything I can think of and everything I find is pretty corny. I have tons of printers and paper types available to me here in the office (I work in an office equipment dealership) so I am trying to avoid going out and buying some speciality paper.

Normally I would just use something I came up with in publisher but I'm feeling craft challenged on this one

I just had this problem for my DH's 50th birthday. I scanned a picture of him as a baby on the front and printed what I wanted in colored marker. I then hand wrote the info on the inside. I was having printer problems but everyone loved the invites and then as a bonus I made him a t-shirt for the party with the same picture on it as a decal. He loved it.
