Honey, I'm so sorry about your mom. When we lose people we love, it's okay to feel whatever feelings come to us. Cry if you need to, it'll make you feel better. Surround yourself with people you love. Talk to anyone you trust. Sometimes it helps to talk. If you think it would make you feel better to see someone outside of your family, do that as well. Make sure you take time to rest. And, no feelings are bad feelings. I'm sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers!
