It isn't a mis mark error. It is poor manufacturing quality assurance. My DH found a pair of Dockers that he loved. They fit perfectly. So he bought 2 different colors, the same size. When he got home he found that the pair he didn't try on was too small. I measured the waist, it was not the size on the tag. When I took them back I measured about 5 pair before I came up with one that was the correct size. They were off by as much as an inch. Add the lengths are not always as stated either. It is too bad that name brand companies don't seem to care. DH blames it on foriegn workers, but I blame it on corporate greed. Why pay more for it to be cone correctly when you can pay less and have a larger profit margin?
