I'm confused!

There seems to be a lot of new info floating around and it is confusing me!LOL
On our Jan. trip(23rd-29th) we plan on adding on 100 points at BLT. Am I right that the price will be $112 minus $5 incentive? Will we get the developer points too? Will that 100 points be the new minimum add on?

If we assume that the current incentives are still in place 2 months from now and that minimum add-ons at BLT will increase to 100 pts starting Jan 15th, then yes.

However, nobody really expected DVC to increase their minimum add-on amount from the usual 25 points to 100 points at BLT or that they would increase the price of AKV at the same time, so its hard to say whether those incentives will be around in 2 months.

You may want to consider doing the add-on later this month or in early December. You could then add-on with fewer than 100 points if you wanted. Your payments most likely wouldn't start until late January or later and there would be no dues until Summer 2009 so you would just be out your down payment at this point. Between now and late January Disney may decide to raise the down payment requirements or something else we haven't seen before.
