I'm confused about the "card"

Is the Disney Visa Card a true Visa with charging privlidges and a set credit limit. Or, do you put money on the Visa like a debit card?

It is A CC and you will have a credit limit.It is not a debit card.

Any rewards you earn can now be put on a Visa like a debit card.
so you can spend them at any Disney place,online,store,theme parks.
