I'm confused about something

I need some clarification about the DDP, please. We have ADRs at HDDR and CRT. The tip is included in the price, but the DDP doesn't cover tip. A castmember on the phone told me I would not have to leave tip since it was included, but I'm not sure that's right. A friend has said I will pay tip and tax on those meals. Is tax not included on the DDP? We had the QSDP last time and never had to pay tax. I just want to understand before I get there. Thank you.

Tip and tax included regardless on hddr and CRT. No oop.

When your meal says gratuity is included, it is included. You are good on both of those meals.

Instead of starting a new thread, I figure I'd ask this here. If you're on the DP and order an appetizer with your meal, will they just bring the ticket for the appetizer? It won't affect the DP paying for the rest of the meal, correct?

Yes if an appetizer or anything not covered under DDP is ordered off the menu then you will get a bill for that separate from the DDP sign slip.

Thanks for the help and now I have one more question. Since DD and I are going to CRT and the guys aren't, we are going to end up with one odd TS credit at the end of the week. Can a TS credit be used at a QS restaurant. I thought I had read a while back that could be done, but now I can't find it. If not, are there any cheaper TS places that would allow us to share meals and charge 1 with the DDP and pay oop on whatever else we get. In other words, we'd probably order 3 meals total instead of 5 and 1 would be a credit and the other 2 oop.

Yes. It's a poor value, generally, but you can do it.

If not, are there any cheaper TS places that would allow us to share meals and charge 1 with the DDP and pay oop on whatever else we get.

This can be done almost anywhere that isn't a buffet/all you care to eat, with a couple exceptions.
