Over the last ten years I've lost so much weight I should, theoretically, be hanging from a charm bracelet. However, I have gained it all back.
I didn't realize how out of shape I was until we visited Six Flags recently. Climbing all the stairs to get to the loading platform for the rollercoasters made me completely winded. I also noticed I didn't quite fit into the seats on a few of the rides.
That's what has made me decide I need to get back into shape. I'm not looking to be skinny, because I don't have the bone structure for it. Even if I lose 50-60 lbs (which is my ultimate goal), I'll still be at least a size 10. I'll never be a 2..I never was even when I was much younger.
I've tried dieting and I can never stick to it for very long. So I'm going to start exercising. I've started a walking plan and probably lost five pounds in the last 2 weeks. Now if I can just stick to it.
