I'm back

Hi, I got back from my trip late this afternoon. I arrived to a cute new puppy as my parents went to pick him up yesterday.

Had a wonderful trip, not sure if I will get round to doing a TR so will post somes pics later.

Highs:

Weather, lovely & sunny the whole trip except for a small shower on Thursday

Toy Story playland, love the new rides & glad I hadn't read anything about it before I went.

My friend being chosen in Stitch live as the escaped prisoner & then later that day he was in charge of doing the Mexican wave on Main street waiting for the parade as a CM chose him

Food, ok not cheap but nice & plenty to eat

CM's many were brilliant from the guy on Main Street interacting with the crowd waiting for the parade, the lovely lady in Salon Mickey, a guy in the bar at SL & many more

Low's:

Rude girl guide group on Thunder Mountain but karma intervened

Lack of characters

Queues & crowds at the weekend

only minor lows & we knew it would be busy at the weekend so made the most of it during the week. We really enjoyed our trip, very tiring though we walked over 10 miles every day & went swimming a couple of times so I don't feel guilty for hitting the desserts at the buffets

I have been trying to but he won't stand still, however he is quite happy to pull my mums washing off the airer & bring it to her, attack the net curtains & he has a thing for leaves

We were in the queue for Thunder mountain, we went to the left side as they were feeding the fastpass queue into the right. However as the park was near closing they merged the right & left queues, no problem, except the guide group were quite big & instead of them standing to the side to all be to gether they pushed through but got split. The leader then told the girl (another leader) to just push past us, we held our ground, all they had to do was ask & we would have moved, give the girl behind us her due she refused to push past even though the other leader was insisting. I decided to let he past just at the bottom of the stairs, she thanked us but the other leader just said something about us which I couldn't hear.

Karma came back to bite them as there were too many of them to get on the next train so we were called forward, the look on the leaders face was priceless

i am evil like that i also love when that happens to people who keep trying to overtake cars but end up stuck in traffic just like everyone else

The puppy is very cute during the night when he keeps howling, he doesn't like being on his own!

We had a lovely meal at Annette's & the buffets in Billy Bobs & Restaurant des Stars were good too

Sounds like a good trip. I also like it when Karma gets involved. We had some people refusing to let DD and DW past to get into Salon Mickey (I was already at the counter with DS) and I don't think they got in after all their blocking.

Nice weather is also a bonus, it's not been good the last twice we've been there but was great the first two times.

I have to agree with Annette's and Billy Bobs - both do great food.

Sequoia Lodge was fine, I have stayed there before & have had no problems
