Hi everyone! I have returned from the happiest place on earth. And while I loved every second I spent in the park, it's nice to be home again. Of course, by tomorrow I'll be ready to go back. :)

A brief trip report while I'm working on my official one:

I was in Disneyland Saturday, Aug 2, Monday, Aug 4, and Wednesday, Aug 6. Surprisingly enough, Saturday was the least busy of these days. We didn't have hardly any trouble getting on anything. Indy was pretty much a walk on because it had just opened up after being down that morning when we walked passed it. Only waited about 20 minutes for Splash in the morning. Strangely Haunted Mansion was the longest line we waited in that day. Pirates was down when we arrived so I suspect that everyone who was going to ride Pirates just fed into the Haunted Mansion. Fireworks were cancelled. Weather was pretty much consistant each day. Sunny and hot.

Monday was completely swamped in the morning, so we took this time to see Pirates Lair and Innoventions and the Tiki Room. Spent the afternoon in California Adventure, then travelled back to Disneyland in the evening.

Wednesday was moderately busy. Spent the morning in DCA. My companions waited in line for TSMM for about 60 minutes. I opted out of waiting and took a stroll around DCA and did some shopping. DCA was SWAMPED this morning, especially Paradise Pier. Both TSMM and California Screamin had drawn huge crowds. Around 11 am, waits for rides were as follows: GGR 35, SOC 40, CaScreamin 30, TSMM 60, ToT 13. Surprisingly, the Tower of Terror stayed pretty much un-swamped during my entire trip. The longest I waited for that was twenty minutes, at best. Also, saw Aladdin and Fantasmic on Wednesday.

Um, that's all I can think of to ask right now...if you have any questions just ask! It's good to be back! :)

Thanks for the report. We will be going in mid-September and I am worried that Indy will be down due to technical difficulties--so we plan on riding it that first day just in case!

i'm glad that you had a happy trip!

:goodvibes

Welcome back!!!!:cool1:
I am wondering if the fireworks were cancelled for just the one night or your entire stay? Bummer! Sounds like you had fun though!
