Okay, so I've been back for a day or two, but I haven't been able to make it on the internet.

Of course, being at Disney, I had a great time, except for my sister, who peeved EVERYONE off on the trip.

Expedition Everest was okay. I thought it was kind of boring if you don't count the drops, and even those weren't as bad as I though they were going to be. My sister didn't ride it, although my five year old brother rode it three times and the eight year old rode it twice. I, being me!, rode it once. It stunk that they didn't take pictures of you on there (not yet!), but we're hoping to go again in May, so maybe they'll have the cameras set up then.

Test Track is having issues. We got stuck once, but there were people who were stuck sideways for twenty minutes out in the cold, in their cars, sideways. I felt sorry for them. Hopefully they'll get it fixed for good, or at least for a while.

Oh, while I was there, on your last day we went to MGM, where they had all the athletes. My brothers got a picture with this David Robinson (is that his name?) basketball player who is REALLY tall. My sister, mom, and I got our pictures made with Michelle Kwan, which was really cool, and I found a "sport" I can do. It's the Sharpie race. I won! :cool1:

And I saw my stuff. I'm going to sound extremely geeky, and I am, but when we got to the props at the Narnia exhibit, I swear I almost started to cry when I saw KIRAN SHAH's outfit. It was so cool. And Richard Taylor was on the little pre-show, which was awesome. Oh, it was amazing! :cloud9:

Hi im new and so we dont really know each other, but im trying to get to know everyone. Im vicki btw.

Its sounds like you had an amazing time. What exactly happened with test track?? Did it turn on the track?? Thats so cool that you got to meet some athletes. Last time I went there was a kids baseball team there. they were form Florida and they were famous and I think that they had come....second in the like league or something. (sorry if i sound really vague here but im from britain and we dont have like national baseball teams or anything sorry!! ) I hope thats right!! lol When I was there last expidition everest was still in building mode so i never got to ride it, is it really that bad? Oh well I guess ill have to find out when I go next!!

Glad you had a good time though :thumbsup2

Welcome back!!!

Thanks for posting stuff about your trip...

I'll hafta see if I agree or disagree with EE when/if I ride it soon.
Being stuck on TT is like a dream come true! HAHAHA :rotfl:
I didn't see Chronicles of Narnia, but I assume that you'd recommend it? (I'm 17...dunno if that makes a diff)

Anything else you'd like to share?
I miss Disney...

welcome back bet you miss it don't know...

don't like it when we get stuck on test track though it's only happened twice from all the times we've ridden it. Oh and we got stuck in the tunnel for about 5 minutes and we were worried that it was only ours which got stuck and another car will come and bash into ours

when watching the video of expedition everest it looks awesome!! but we all have our opinions don't we (and we h;aven't rid it yet so i might not be all that awesome in person anyway...)

well again welcome back

Welcome back! :wave2: I'm glad you had a great time! Sorry EE wasn't your fav; I haven't ridden it, but I'll have to sometime.... :goodvibes

That was exactly my thought! Mom told me to hush, because I was freaking out the boys when I started talking like that.

EE wasn't that bad, it's just not my favorite, but then again, I'm not a roller coaster person.

As for Narnia, it was really good, but the main reason I'm so infatuated with it is because it had a lot of the stuff from Lord of the Rings, like MASSIVE used for battle, Kiran Shah as the dwarf person who drives the White Witch around, and Richard Taylor and the Weta team for the weapons, prosthetics, and scenery stuff.

Yes, I'm missing Disney already! We got home, and just ten minutes later, the lights went out as a big "Welcome home!" But Dad thinks he can get a conference approved so we can go back in May while he attends it.

[jaw drops]
michelle kwan? that freaking awesome. i remember seeing her on ... something.. some kids show years ago.. xD kidding.

i'm totally looking forward to EE in may! it looks really good from that video they used to have on the jupelo website..
