I had a wonderful time! The Indiana Jones ride will be re-opened I believe in April sometime. You may want to look more into that. They're remodeling or something. Also closed while we were there:
Space Moutain (re-opens 2005)
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Can't think of any others at the moment....
I also got to see a sister, who I'd never met (I'm 30 years old). She has a different mom. The funny thing is, even though we hadn't grown up together, our personalities were very similar! Pretty cool! Anyway I know it's a little off topic but had to add it anyway.
You're right. When I said it was open, I was having a brain cramp and thought we were in April already. I did hear that it's ahead of schedule and may open a few days early.
also don't miss these if you are a WDW vet and are new to DL:
Storybookland Canal Boats- a DL original! Darling! Casey Junior is a little train the circles the Storybookland boats---if you have time you can do both, but at least do the canal boats! Magical!
Matterhorn
Alice in Wonderland
Fantasmic is a whole different and IMHO better experience that at WDW....yeah, you have to carve out a spot on the crummy pavement but it's an awesome show!
Of course as previous posters have mentioned, INDY! And you can see the original Tiki Birds show if you are so inclined! And still take a whirl on Mr. Toad's Wild ride and go on an adventure with Pinocchio! You'll have so much fun! Wish I were going soon!
We stayed at the Clarion (on Katella Ave I believe- only 5 minute bus ride to Disneyland). We were very pleased with it. We got a package deal thru Alaska Airlines. We also did not visit the Wild Animal Park, due to not having a car. Hope I answered all of your questions.
