I'm back from court.

the judge said my dd's were marvelousl wonderful, bright, well behaved, terrific kids, that she'd never consider changing cusotdy.

then she said that one of the reasons my ex and I continue to fight is that our divorce agreement has too many "gray areas" and that we should restructure our agreement to fill in the gaps so that we can minimize the fighting.

she doesn't understand my ex at all.

Sounds like you are in the same position my brother and his ex were. It was a terrible divorce and she is anything but a mother, its really sad!


They finally had to go through and EVERYTHING ans spelkl it all out letter for letter. It took a long time but it was really worthwhile.

My brother has full custody of his ds TG and she doesnt seem to care

BriarRose, Of course your DDs are terrific, they took after their mother! Aren't our ex's amazing? They couldn't handle 1/2 the stuff we do with our kids, plus work, and handle a home! One day we won't have to deal with them and they'll have to find someone else to pick their fights with! It really helps me, knowing you're going thru the same thing with your ex! Hugs.

Don't they have some sort of mediator now that the courts can force your ex to sit down with till you work out the "grey" areas?
Sure would be nice to have it over and done with once and for all!
