I'm Back! Been BAD! Got FAT, now I'm MAD!

HI Everyone!
What a summer eh? Congrats to all of you who've kept OP! I've been skimming the posts and have seen many are at goal! WOO! HOO!
I have been totaly going in the wrong direction, but have been easing back into my routine, throwing out my clippie and am starting anew. All My clothes are tight, (UGH!), and my legs (which used to be one of my better assets) are looking quite dimpled. I am still reaping the benefits of healthy eating and exercise, but I just haven't been as committed, and have managed to gain back all my weight. I'm currently at 158, but am not kicking myself too hard, as I know BF is hanging around for a few more days. In the meantime, I have been getting to the gym and have been eating fairly well, but the summertine parties have really taken a toll. The kids go back to school on wed. and then I'll really start peeling those pounds away!
I have an incentive (as usual) and I know that I need to do it for the sake of health, but in the meantime, I need to jumpstart myself with some kind of teaser!:p
I'm sorry I haven't been around to give support, but it seems from what I've been reading, I need you all a lot more than you need me! I'm so proud of you all. I've seen pics and red progress reports, and I think WW has some serious competition with the DIS! Keep up the good work my friends!

Oh yeah...KEEP THE FAITH!

What's important is that you're back and maintaining that exercise- just choosing the best foods for yourself and you'll be at goal in no time- think of it this way- you're probably really at 155 (that bloat fairy ya know!) and you want to get to 125. Shoot for 6-8 pounds a month and you'll be bringing the holidays in with a healthy vibrant new you!!! Go out and buy an inspiration outfit! Drink your water- measure your body parts (ya know with exercise the inches come off and may not move the scale some weeks) and get started!!!

You can do this!!!!!

HEY!! You can't give up your <i>member</i> clipart, <i>too</i>. You aren't ashamed of us are you? If you want to start WISH anew, that's one thing but disowning us completely? Why...you would just hurt my feelings.

Wolverines don't give up that easily. Get that member clipart back. You are newly determined and refocused on your goal. You are a WISHer, you know, you can't give up your member clipart, too.

summer has stalled my progress too and my DDs go back to school wednesday as well! I'm looking forward and feeling thankful for how far I have come, not where i could've been had I cheated less and exercised more. That mean old guilt thing can just go elsewhere, he's not welcome here at WISH!!

I've been MISSSSSSSSSING you! Woo-hoo! Glad you are back! Don't be mad, don't think about the past, don't worry about the future. Just stay in the NOW and think about what is going on NOW and feel groovy and great about yourself NOW!

I am shooting for that exact target. 6-8 lbs is easily done, and I have a target date of Jan. 30 '04. I did it that way to allow for a little deviation over the holidays.;) I have an inspiration outfit which I was only able to wear once (no, not a wedding gown!) before I ballooned up to where I am now. I will be able to fit back in it by the end of October, if all goes well, and will need to take it in by goal, which is what I bought it for in the first place. I've never had to have anything taken in in my life. THAT will be such a good feeling. It was an expensive outfit, so I will alter it.

HI! Thanks for the neverending support. I did get my clippie back. I simply made the mistake of delating the whole bit. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. {{{{{{{{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}}}}}} to you and your mom. I haven't had much time to catch up, but have seen your troubles. Kath, you are too good a person for tragedy. I'm keeping positive about this and hope you can, too.

Hey, I am kicking the BF's butt as we speak, and I may actually have a woosh pretty soon! As soon as I can get back into my blues, I'll feel much better. Right now, I wear my gym clothes. Not only are they comfy, but they do inspire!

Welcome home Tracey! We missed you. Well now you've beaten yourself up it's time to get going. Sounds like you have a plan and a mission laid out. Shoot i'd kill to be where you are RIGHT now. You can manage your plan with effort and some thought to what you eat so get going and well be looking for you FAT clippee too!
