I've been away from the WISH board for a while but now I'm back. I'm tired of not liking the way I look. I want to be healthier and look better. I want to lose weight for health and before I think of having another baby and I have 3 weddings over the next year, one of them I'm in!
I started the Walk tapes again and I'm strictly doing the WW points again, granted it's only been a day. I'm going to do it this time and just wanted to thank you all for having this board so I can come for support, suggestions, questions, etc. WISH me luck!

Glad to hear you are back on! This is truly a great place to keep yourself going in the right direction. Many of us have slipped and it is certainly difficult when that happens. Don't walk away. We are here for you.
I have struggled for 9 years to lose weight- in the midst of 3 pregnancies it never seemed like I had the energy or willpower to succeed. WISH has kept me strong since April 1st and has even flowed over onto my dh who for YEARS I have tried to give up just sodas- now he's hooked on Atkins (I'm doing Slimfast) and he's lost 17 pounds!! He has not had a single sugar drink in 3 weeks- which is HUGE for him. The dedication to staying healhty is catchy here and it never feels like a burden (well okay when you're staring at a molten volcano at Chili's you can feel pangs of should I shouldn't I) but even if you do it's okay to be human and each day presents a new chance at making the most of your life healthy!
