Okay so I ate too much this past summer and I found myself back at WW. I lost 25 lbs the last time but vowed not to diet on vacation. The problem is I vacationed in WDW for 3 weeks, the ocean for 1 week and then back to WDW for 2 weeks! That left more eating days then off days! So I went back to WW after regaining 16lbs. I also decided to join a gym too and made a total lifestyle change. So far I've lost 18lbs in 3 weeks! I eat all my points and work out 2 hours a day 6 days a week. Well, the lady from WW is giving me a hard time every week when I weigh in. The first week I lost 8 lbs. She was not happy. I always lose big the first week plus I'm burning 600 calories a day at the gym. She said that I better not lose that much the following week which of course I didn't. I lost 5 lbs the second week and 5 lbs the 3rd week. She told me that I was going to be in big trouble if I lost more then 2lbs next week! I am already done 2lbs and am looking at least a 4 lb weightloss next week. I have told her that I am eating all my points but that I am also working out 6 days a week now but she doesn't care. I asked her if I was going to get to eat more points next week if I lost a lot and she said no. I asked if I was going to be told not to exercise as much if I lost more then 2lb and she said no. She said that I would need a doctors note stating that it was okay for me to lose this weight like I am before I'm allowed to continue with WW. I think this is ridiculous. If I am made to do this then I am going to ask for a refund from the 10 weeks of WW I bought in advance. Honestly it seems that they just want to keep you fat. I was told that I shouldn't lose anymore then 1 to 1 1/2 lb a week. I cannot imagine losing that little bit of weight when I am working out so much. I really love going to the gym now and I makes me feel so much better about myself. What would you do? Stick with going to the WW meetings or just tell them to stick WW! LOL!
