I'm away......

Hello all just a quick note to say that I am away on vacation now until Sunday 11th August - I'm going to a lovely part of the UK a little seaside resort called Ilfracombe in North Devon where I will be feasting on big fat british french fries, ice cream, biscuits (scones as we call them) with jam and clotted cream and some good old hot donuts not forgetting the cotton candy.

That'll be another 14 pounds I'll put on then!!!

I'll miss ya.......
