I have to chime in on Disney's side on this one. We had just exited Epcot at the International Gateway on our way back to the Swan when my 20 year old non verbal autistic son had a grand mal seizure and fell to the ground. CM's and security were there in seconds, although we were just past the boat dock. Disney EMT's were there in 5-6 minutes with gurney, AED, heart monitor, etc. Since he had only had one seizure previously about a year earlier we decided to go to the ER. The ambulance was there in maybe another 5 minutes after we decided we needed transport. This was early May 2016, so not a busy time of year, but our experience was excellent. Everyone from CMs to security to Disney EMTs and Reedy Creek (guessing it was them) EMT's were wonderful. I really need to write a letter to Disney thanking them for such good care.
