I need some suggestions. Back in August (the 15th to be exact) I placed an online order with Tupperware. Well, I never received my points for this transaction. After reading some tips from this thread, I emailed them a couple of times and was told what steps to take to get my points awarded. And FINALLY after last week my 800 points were awarded to me. Now, here is my problem, during the time that I placed my order, there was a "bonus points" offer going on. If you placed an order before a certain date, you would receive 350 bonus points in addition to your 800 points. They still haven't awarded these points to me. I have emailed them several times and the last email I received from them (Sunday) told me that the matter had been taked care of and my points would be awarded within 5 days. Needless to say, they haven't been awarded yet. Should I continue to pursue this or just let it drop? This was my first purchase through them and if this is what it's like to try to earn points, it's just not worth the time and effort that I have put into this to get these points. Any suggestions would be great!!
