I'm Angry with MyPoints!!

I need some suggestions. Back in August (the 15th to be exact) I placed an online order with Tupperware. Well, I never received my points for this transaction. After reading some tips from this thread, I emailed them a couple of times and was told what steps to take to get my points awarded. And FINALLY after last week my 800 points were awarded to me. Now, here is my problem, during the time that I placed my order, there was a "bonus points" offer going on. If you placed an order before a certain date, you would receive 350 bonus points in addition to your 800 points. They still haven't awarded these points to me. I have emailed them several times and the last email I received from them (Sunday) told me that the matter had been taked care of and my points would be awarded within 5 days. Needless to say, they haven't been awarded yet. Should I continue to pursue this or just let it drop? This was my first purchase through them and if this is what it's like to try to earn points, it's just not worth the time and effort that I have put into this to get these points. Any suggestions would be great!!

COntinue to pursue it, and if you don't get any satisfaction via email (something that happens quite often) go up to the Programs FAQ, and get the phone number, and call! Sometimes it helps to talk to a live person.

I was waiting for 7 different offers to be credited and had to fax over all of the information to them. After 2 weeks most of it was credited.

Thanks Baileymouse!! I will do that. I have been trying for a month to get this thing taken care of, but I will give them a call. By the way... way to go on that 70 pound loss!! I have lost 37 since Aug 20th (with the help of gastic bypass). I am so looking forward to going to Disney in Feb as a much lighter person!! Hopefully I will be close to my goal by then. Also, just had to tell you that I love your sreen name, my middle daughters' name is Bailey!!
