WHEW! I got the priviledge/honor of watering my sister's veggie garden this week while she's away. WOHOOOOOO!!!! I must have picked about 20 lbs of tomatoes already, tons of eggplant and a million cucumbers. Jalapenos? HOT TAMALE, BABY!

Now......what to do with them all....

I made a quick tomato sauce yesterday.....delish.

Think I need to make more.

I am in TOMATO HEAVEN!!!!!
