Things have changed! I didn't know you could get CRT 180 days out! Have I missed it? And are there any other places I have probably missed?

CRT might still be a possibility. They've adjusted the pricing so it is much closer to what it should be, given the demand, so often you can get ADRs for CRT much closer to the date of the meal than in the past.

What you probably have missed out on are some of the other popular restaurants at specific times. However, there are still many many other choices available to you.

When are you going? I called with about the same time left until we went, and was actually given my choice of two differerent days at CRT. Give it a try. And..I haven't had any trouble getting any other ADR either.

Long story short we had a trip planned for WDW last Oct. It was perfect, Family Magic Tour, lunch at CRT, Lecellier, MNSSHP, and then my DH (military) got new orders. I called WDW and was able to reschedule EVERYTHING except the Family Magic Tour. Go ahead and call, you might be surprised, I was.

Don't lose hope and keep trying. DH and I put together a trip this weekend for the week of July 4th and I didn't think we would be able to get ANY ADRs this late in the game. I called yesterday and was able to get everything I wanted! Cindy's wasn't on my list, but you have lots of time still so keep trying and good luck! :)

Exactly - it depends on how particular you are in your times and restaurant choices. Be flexible with your plan and give it a try!

Call right now! I got CRT for a party of 12 without planning ahead and calling at the 180 day mark. There were several openings throughout our trip.
Good luck! :sunny:

remember that because the increase from 90 to 180 days is a fairly recent development, many WDW guests, probably including a number of travel agents, aren't aware of it. My guess is that your chances are good.

Next fall, once the new guidebooks are published with the new information, this may change.

Um... just give Disney a call and they'll check for you? :confused3

I did! First thing this morning and I got a reservation for breakfast!

Thanks guys!

It must really vary. We are at 180 days today and staying Concierge level. I was told today that there is not a single breakfast reservation the week we will be in Disney. :sad2:

We booked our May trip in January, and I called and made my ADRs less than 3 mos in advance! I got everything I wanted, and then called back and totally changed a lot of them. I changed CRT from b/fast to lunch (b/fast was full), and I think the lunch was really good!

I called in the evening to change some ADR's around 6:00 pm approximately 160 days out and as an afterthought asked if they would check and see if anything was available for CRT breakfast and gave her a couple of dates. Would you believe I got a 8:15am ressie and there was an 8:20am res available on the other date I had given her?!? I felt like I had won the lottery. When I had originally made ADR's at the 180-ish time, there were no early times for CRT. Of course, I wasn't willing to get up before sunrise and synchronize my clock with the Atomic Clock Time and go through all the rigamarole, so I hadn't really expected to get one. Now I feel rather guilty that it happened so easily. Don't give up, just relax and keep trying.

A friend of mine just got onefor CRT too for a Oct 8th week. She couldn't believe it. That's during the Epcot food and wine week.

Yup, they've done a great job fixing the CRT problem. I originally thought that they had actually raised the price a bit too much, but it seems they've hit a home run, keeping the place pretty-much filled, but ensuring that the price matches demand so well that there is often an ADR left to be had at the last minute, for those who desire it. They've struck a nice balance.

instead of taking the time to post to ask people a question they have no answer
for,why in the world wouldn't you call for yourself and find out???????????That question was so not needed. :badpc: :confused3 :headache:

Uh, didn't you notice that Nevada posted his/her message at 2:06 AM? Disney's reservations office isn't open at that time.

Is Cindys loosing popularity? We were going to postpone our trip a month as we were late in the ADR schedule but decided to just book earlier & take the risk w/ADR's - we got all of them, including CRT - guess not so hard anymore? :wizard:
