Does anyone know if IllumiNations is back to normal again after the explosion?

It happend last month one of the fireworks went off in the tube, no one was hurt. But they took some parts out of the show.

Unless a person was a regular at the show, I wonder if it would even be noticed? We are going Tuesday, and I'll make a point of checking it out.

I'm confused as all info I have seen said the inferno barge was out indefinitely. So, is it still out?

What was taken out was, the first firework that went across the sky (starts the show) and the barge was taken out from what I heard.
We're going soon and I love that fireworks show, so I'm glad that its back again.

Just back from a weekend trip.

Flamesbarge was out there launching fireworks but there were no flames.

The Flame Barge is still "down for the count"
Last I heard, about 2 weeks ago, it was still in Dry Dock and still investigating exactly what caused the explosion.
Just my opinion, the barge will not be back.

We were there on Wednesday night and there was no huge inferno like other years. Usually you feel the heat... not so this time. Otherwise it was still a beautiful show.

I have to agree with you Crazy Hakim. However, I hate that barge is gone. I know that unless you are very familiar with Illuminations you will probably not miss it. However, my family LOVES this show and will definitely miss the barge. On the positive side, however, we will get to see the holiday ending and I LOVE that part.

Yeah our family is quite familiar with the show we've seen it many times. I know i'll miss the flames but if most things are back thats fine with me. Still were not going for a couple months so many by then they will have it all back

That first big Fireworks that starts the show is gone? I loved that part!
When does the holiday ending start?

We were there Oct 20 - Oct 30. No barge and no inferno. I didn't mind, but my DH thought it was lacking. If you've never been to it before you would never know the difference.
