We are planning to see Illuminations on Dec. 26th. How early will we need to "stake out a spot?" We've seen Illuminations before but not during Christmas week. I'm trying to figure out how much time to allow with the crowds. Thanks in advance!
The great part about illuminations which most people don't realize is that you can get great views from all around the lake. We usually view from the bridge by the international gateway. We never show up early like most people. So while you wait, we will be on mission space!
sugermouse, I have a question......Have you viewed Illuminations Christmas week and were you able to just walk up at the start of Illuminations, stand on the bridge and see the lake, globe and low fireworks without a bunch of people in front of you? If you have, I will plan accordingly. Thanks!
