Illuminations on early entry day? yes or no?

Sunday, Nov 15, 2015: Thought we would go to Epcot late in the day intending to stay for Illuminations, but see that it is an early entry day and 2nd to last day of Food & Wine Festival. Probably not into F&W due to cost. Wondering if we should choose another park that night and do Illuminations a different night? Going with brother and sister who have not been since 2007 and trying to make the best plan possible. Your thoughts, please? and thanks!!

I would choose another park, especially if you don't care about F&W. There will be extra crowds due to that and the early entry.
