Illuminations Holiday Ending: Worth Seeing?

I saw the holiday tag for the first time last year, it's amazing you need to see it !

I love the Holiday ending. It gives me goosebumps. I only go to see Illuminations during the holiday season now. I'm not a big fan of Illuminations anymore (I've seen it so many times over the years, and it's just not impressive to me), but I will see it at least once each holiday season because of the ending.

I love that ending. Does anyone know the last night it is done? I will be there 1/1/11. Would they do it that night?

It starts running every year on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.
It will continue to run throughout the holidays.

(It's easy to tell... If IllumiNations is scheduled at 9:30PM, the holiday ending will be running.)

I loved the ending too--but I also love Illuminations. If you can afford the time I think it is worth seeing at least once.

I don't love Illuminations (in fact I'd like to see it replaced) but The holiday ending gets me everytime.

We have only been to Illuminations at Christmas, but it ALWAYS moves me to tears. It is very powerful.... usually I am pretty hard hearted and sarcastic, but it always gets me.

Thank you for this link. I am going to put it in my favorites so I can watch it when I need a lift. We were able to see it before & after our DCL cruise in 2009, but that is a hard time to get away for vacation so close to the holidays. I am a hairdresser & that is our busy time of year.

Between that Illuminations extra ending & the Osborne lights we had a fantastic time last year.
