Can you see Illuminations from inside any of the Japan restaurants? If so, which one? I think there are three restaurants above the large retail area.

TEPPANYAKI, the "Benihana"-type restaurant, has five different rooms.
As I recall, it is not facing the WS lagoon.

The MATSU-NO-MA LOUNGE does have a view of the World Showcase Lagoon.

I do not think you can see the fireworks from this restaurant....If you would like you could ask this question on the Restaurant Board, maybe some of the experts there can help assist with the restaurants you can see the fireworks from.

I don't know if you would have a view from inside the lounge. Lots of people stand outside the restaurant on the second level deck of the building to watch Illuminations. It's one of our favorite spots. From inside, I don't know if you would have a height advantage, or would just be looking at behinds.

Don't know for sure, but if it did not...
it would be the ONLY location of its kind (food service with a view) in all of WS that DIDN'T!
