can you see illuminations from the BC/YC/BW area? if so where is the best spot or would it be best to go back to WS (going to dinner at B&C) and back to BW again once it is over( will have time to see it another day also)

Thanks

If you have the time and your park passes allow it, go back to WS - it is a nice evening walk - that way you see the full show and effects

However if you do not have enough time than viewing from the grounds of the complex or if you have a balcony room facing the right way will work somewhat as well

thanks

I'd also love to know the answer to this, especially viewing Illuminations from somewhere on the Boardwalk area. I'll be on the Boardwalk area, arriving that evening, but I won't have passes until the next day. I'd love to spend my first evening somewhere on the Boardwalk, peeking at Illuminations.

If you don't have a balcony that you can see illuminations from, your best bet without a ticket would be the bridge that connects the Beach Club to the Boardwalk. You could also get just a little bit closer and walk towards the International Gateway, there are a few benches to sit on.

thanks how much of it can you see.. the earth/ball thing or just the lasers? have never been to the BC area except once for a quick walk through and do not remember anything except the pool area!

We've watched it from the bridge between BW & BC. You can't see the ball or the burning barge but get a good view of the fireworks. The last 2 Decembers we've had rooms facing the driveway at BWV, we had a great view of the fireworks.
