Illuminations, Dinner reservation time??

Our first night at WDW, I have decided to book into Le Cellier for dinner so we can then watch the Illuminations the same night. But, what time would I need our ADR for?? Can we watch it from the restuarant or do need to be finished and out of there by a certain time to go somewhere else to see them from. If so, where do where go to watch them. How long to allow for Dinner at Le Cellier.

I would leave about 2.5-3 hours. That way you are not choking down your food. You can easily spend 2 hours at Le Cellier. AT least.

No, you can not watch Illuminations from Le Cellier. You have to be outside of the restaurant. You can watch Illuminations from the Rose and Crown in England. If you made ressies there you could make them for 7ish and stay and wait for Illuminations. Not sure when you are going. Rose and Crown books up for that reason. So if it's important to you to be eating and watching Illuminations I'd make those ADR's as soon as possible.


We've had great luck viewing Illuminations near England right before you get to France and the Bridge.
