illuminations dessert party

we are wanting to book illuminations dessert party for late August, early September 2015. We are supposed to be able to book this reservation now, but we have not been able to book it. Does anyone know when the window will open for booking?

IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party on ANY night on the WDW site.
(I've tried on well over a dozen random evenings.)
Also, the booking calendar does not go past Aug. 2015.

I'm not going to be any specific help, but I must tell you that the reviews of this "party" have been very poor.

(Too expensive, no seating, blocked views by other taller guests.)

There are so many other great spots to see IllumiNations.

(The word is that they are going to discontinue this event coming up... I just don't recall the date.)

I wonder if they aren't opening booking yet because they are deciding whether to continue offering the party. We booked it for later this month, but had to wait a while for Disney to make it available. For a while, it sounded like they were going to discontinue it.

I have book all of our dining for August 25- september 5. I just can't book the dessert party. It comes up but I can't book it.
