Do you need to use a days admission ticket to be on the Wishes cruise? I am just wondering if I need to go on the day I am at MK or not.

No you don't. Neither Wishes or Illuminations cruises require park admission.

All of the Wishes cruises leave from MK resorts and return to that resort.

This thread is so hard to get through, and it would be nice if someone is going in August if they could easily find the posts that are offering cruises/looking for spots on cruises. Does the moderator do that, or can we start a new thread just for August?

Doug,

All boats depart from Bayside Marina at the Yacht Club.
That's now where all of the boats are docked, that's where the cashier is to settle payment on the boat.
But, you can be dropped off after the presentation at any open dock (Epcot, Yacht & Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan & Dolphin, or MGM).
