In this one, you can see the back of the boat and the last row of seating (behind the engine). It would be romantic to sit back here, but you cannot interact with the driver or get snacks from this spot.
Here you can see the whole boat. They claim you can get 2 people PLUS the driver up front, 3 in the middle and 2 in the back. I think it would be a tight squeeze to get 2 people with the driver. We had my dh sit next to driver Aaron and then myself and our 2 dd's (ages 15 & 11) sit in the middle seat. No one sat in the back on our ride.
Hey there...I have a cruise on the breathless II in october and am interested in the seating. There are two couples so far and I am trying to decide if i want to open it up and invite others....but the seating seems weird.
If we had 3 couples, one of the couples I am thinking would be split 2 people in the back, 3 on the middle seat and one by the driver right???
Can three adults fit in the middle seat easily do you think?
what is your opinion on optimal seating?
Thanks.
Also do you get to ride around in the boat a little bit before Illuminations.
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. We have been in CA (yes, visited
Disneyland).
If one of the couples is willing to split up, you could do it. We had myself, dd15 and dd11 in the middle seat and we were very comfortable, so 3 adults would fit fine there. I would say only 1 adult would comfortably fit with the driver and you could get another couple in the back, but you wouldn't be able to talk to them or share snacks.
Yes, we did ride around a bit before Illuminations. We "zoomed" fast for a little while (I thought it would be longer) and then we just went slow to see the sites of MGM and the area hotels.
