Where do you board the boat for the cruise,is it inside Epcot or outside also do you have to have a park ticket to get into Epcot if you are going on the cruise if you board the boat outsde of Epcot

You board at the Yacht Club marina. You do not need a park ticket because you get on the boat and off the boat at the marina, not inside the park.
