Illuminations Cruise Tipping

Several years back we got the Illuminations Cruise from the Yacht Club. The experience was fantastic! Our driver was very knowledgable about Disney and the plot of Illuminations itself. At the end of the cruise it became clear to me that a tip was expected. I should have known that, but wasn't really prepared to tip very much.

Those of you who have taken the Illuminations Cruise, how much do you tip? A standard 15% would be about $50.

We tip 20%.

I think we tipped $50 - $60.

Same here - although once (we did it 2x) I totally forgot to get tip $$ and we only gave the $45 we could scrounge up between me and DH! I was a little embarrassed because I meant to give more like $60.

We were 10 for the cruise, we gave him $50, $5 a head!

We did the cruise in 2005, and at that time we tipped about $50. I think the price has gone up since then, so we would increase the tip accordingly.
