Illuminations Cruise Question

would like to book this for our last day at Disney in August.

How do little kids do on the pontoon boats? Do you advise using dramamine? Do they get life vests?

Are the pontoons better for a family with little kids since they have a canopy?

When can you book these (180 or 90 days out)

What time does the boat leave (in order to plan adr for dinner) How long is the cruise?

Is it worth the $200?

I have done the Wishes on the Pontoon boats and Illuminations on the Breathless!! The pontoons are great for the kids , they can walk a little and its a great experience. My kids loved the pontoon boats. The Breatless was a girls weekend no kids! Alot of fun but it would be more restrictive for the kids. The boat leaves YC marina around 8:30p so you would have to make dinner ressies by 6p so you can walk back there!! DO it and have a great trip!!
