Illumination's chartered boat

Has anyone ever rented a chartered boat to be on the lagoon during Illuminations?

How was it?

Is it still $120.00??

We are hoping to reserve Breathless while we are on our vacation. Everything I have read from people who have taken these cruises sounds great, tho they are very hard to get. A link with updated prices, etc:

We did the Illuminations Cruise last October. It was well worth $120.00. It was one of the highlights of our trip and I would have gladly paid more.

Concierge at the YC scheduled it for me. We had to cancel the day before due to late arrival. I was able to get a cruise while staying at the YC on a few hours notice.

Our driver was very friendly and made great conversation. I believe she was also a nurse and works at WDW part time.

We loved Illuminations! My son was amazed when the globe started opening up and also with the rest of the show. We wil definately do this again.

We try to do this Once everytrip...it is absolutely fantastic....if you get a boat out of the Boardwalk docks.....Jeff is a great captain....lots of corny jokes....

I never noticed (until someone kindly pointed it out when I asked about the cruise) that the very first post on the Themeparks Board is about the cruises. It also includes links for people who want to share a cruise.

The info is very helpful. I followed the instructions about booking the cruise and was successful. It helps to make a "trial run" with the phone call to understand all the various #'s you have to punch in --- I wrote those down and helped speed up my 6:58 AM call. Good luck!
