Please note - if you book a specialty cruise - including an IllumiNations fireworks cruise - the cancellation policy is 48 hours, not the 24 hours every website Google finds states it is. I almost had to pay for a cruise I was cancelling 24 hours in advance. (Could not find anyone to share.) So remember, if you need to cancel a specialty cruise, do so at least in 48 hours advance. I was able to get out of paying for the cruise by asking for a supervisor. Whew... $346 was just a little to rich for our 3 person family.

I really wish they would send an email confirmation once a booking is made. When I made my December booking, the first CM told me a 3 day cancellation was necessary and the next CM told me 2 days when I called to change our date. For over $300.00 an hour, having information in writing would make me feel much better!

I think someone has to book a cruise, then let people know the cost per person. It's an on-your-honor kind of deal, in that the person who books the cruise has to pay for it and the trust that everyone who has promised to go actually shows up with cash on hand for reimbursement. Perhaps checks could be sent to the booker in advance?
