Hey Cara -

I'd LOVE to plan an Illuminations Cruise for Friday May 14th...

It's DS18 and Me....the Mom44....it's DS's "Graduation Celebration" trip...and this would be a surprise for him as well.... (other surprise is that morning...Epcot Segway tour)....

Maybe you and I can stay in touch...and if someone doesn't already have a Cruise put together....we can plan one and invite a few more folks to ours...

Best thing is... We're at BCV as well...

My family of 4 - me, DH, DS-22, and his GF-21 - will be at Disney from Apr 29-may 16. We're also staying at BCV. We'd love to join your cruise (or even reserve a pontoon) on the 14th - if you still need people. We always have a blast when we share Illumination cruises with other DIS-ers

My friend and I will be visiting from 3/21-3/26. I have done both the Illumination and Wishes cruises, but Sandy has no idea they even exist! I would love to surprise her with this special event.

If anyone has 2 spaces that they are looking to fill, on any night...we would love to take them off your hands.

I heard from another couple who wants to do the Premium Wishes Cruise with the audio included for one of those nights. Are you guys dead set on Illuminations?

Doesn't really matter to me- I can rearrange what we do the rest of the week depending on the cruise we do. Is one better than the other? I'm a "specialty cruise virgin"- so let me know!

This would bring our total up to 10, right? Cool!

Hey Cara & Snowdrift... If the 8 of us shared a pontoon...it would be $40 each...if we get another couple...$32 each... PLUS tip..and OP says to tip around $25....

That's WAY cheaper than I thought it was.... I think it would be great!

No probs. I talked with my extended family...there's 6 adults and 3 kids going in total. I think we may be able to swing a cruise of our own; if everyone in the group is willing. They are having a think.

We're going to be there May 1-17 and would love to find a cruise we can share. We're 4 adults and have shared both Wishes & Illuminations cruises with other DIS folks. Usually we book the boat and find people to share but this time I thought I'd just try and hitch a ride. If anyone is planning for May, let me know.

The pontoons are on the Epcot lake, so they can hear the audio in the park. We saw these on our first trip; as well as the ones on the lake outside MK (which you would need to hire the audio pontoons for). This time round, I was determined to do a cruise and have picked the Epcot one - don't have to pay extra

I would suggest you count back-wards the 90 days and call at 7am that morning for your reservation. Then, once you have the boat booked, post a note here to find somebody to share. You have to give a Credit Card Number to Hold the boat, but it is not charged until the night of your cruise, and you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. So, since this date is very important to you, you should make sure you get it.
