I do not want to reveal too much of the podcast, but this type of service concerns me.
I am concerned because if I was a guest with my family there from out of town and we need to eat dinner, what do you do? If the server and manager act in this fashion, and it is at night, is there someone else you can speak to immediately?
What if you pulled your family out of the restaurant with hungry children and tried to track down the manager of the hotel?
You still have to eat somewhere, right? And if this is the first place you eat at during a week long vacation and you are staying at this Resort, what do you do for food?
I really hope that Disney figures this out because I would not only ask for a refund on my meal, but I would ask the hotel manager to refund part of my stay, because this type of service is absolutely not acceptable.
This is the type of event that could ruin a vacation, especially if you planned on eating there more than once. Would any of you go back during your vacation to eat there?
