That is my favorite line from "When Harry Met Sally" :teeth: :p It was just on...... :p

My favorite part of the line is how Rob Reiner's mother speaks it. Imagine you're Rob Reiner, directing this scene, and right there sitting on-set with one of the funniest cues in the entire film is your *mom.* Now THAT could have made for some interesting dinner table discussions.

LOL! I didn't know that was his mom, TS.:) I bet they needed some Freudian therapy after that movie.:teeth:

I have a couple of favorites:

"Where was Sunday? It was all so suspicious? Where was Sunday? And I told him and he didn't believe me."

"You know, Harry, you look normal but really you're the angel of death."

Chocolate sauce on the side...

I really love the "Roy Rogers Wagon Wheel Coffee Table..."

It's one of my favorite movies and I always watch it on New Years Day...

Is it out on DVD yet???

Mine too. I was glad to see it last night. Hmmm...maybe I'll watch the entire movie this weekend.

I've seen "When Harry Met Sally" on DVD at WalMart for about $10! :) I'll have to pick up a copy one of these days :p

I enjoy that movie, too.

There are so many funny scenes--like when Billy Crystal & Bruno Kirby are discussing Billy's up coming divorce and keep doing the wave:p :p

Even Mr. Zero knew before he did!

The DVD has a "making of" feature that was really interesting. Basically almost all the dialog is from conversations that Rob Reiner and Nora Ephron actually had.

"Don't fool with Mr Zero" (of course the word "fool" is originally a different f-word in the movie when it's not shown on tv) ;)

Ok, now I'm definitely going to get that on DVD, I love when they include "the making of".

Oh I have a sappy story about this movie! DH and I started out as "just friends" and it was like the movie, some stuff happened between us, he started acting like an "you know what", I got fed up, he started calling again (never sang into my answering machine though ;) ) And finally caught me one day at a friends house, I said I'm busy and he said to wait just a minute, and he played, over the phone, the scene where Harry figures out what he wants and runs through town to find her and says how when you figure out what you want for the rest of your life you want it to begin as soon as possible. And he gets on the phone and says "So there you have it, except it's not New Years Eve and I'm not running up the stairs or wearing jeans." :teeth:

:) I just love that movie. DH and I could watch it over and over. I'll have to look for the DVD at Walmart too.

Time to watch my DVD! I love that movie!

I still have to get the DVD of "Airplane", though. Now there's a movie with quotes!!
