We're staying off site and are seeing a lot of ads for the iLine Trolley. From the map - it doesn't LOOK like it stops anywhere in/near the world, but there are so many secrets and back entrances that I wanted to make sure.
ILine Trolley services mainly the International Drive corridor. This is not located close to WDW. The closest it gets would be at I Drive and World Center Drive. I don't even thing the Trolley goes that far south on IDrive. I doubt they have any stops close enough to WDW to make it a viable option to get to Disney from IDrive.
Here is the detailed route map. As a PP noted, the closest to WDW that it comes is the Premium Outlets, which are about 2 miles or so from DTD (but not really a walkable 2 miles; there is a LOT of very unpredictable traffic near the I-4 ramps.)
I'm sure that you could transfer to the Lynx bus in the SeaWorld area, but that is probably a rather inefficient way to get around. I wouldn't do it if I had any kind of alternative.
