Laura, saw your link on Facebook for the Wild Africa Trek. We just saw parts of that last week when we were on the Safari. Will definitely be putting that on the bucket list!

So, I'm very much out of the loop. Is the next cruise Vanessa's wedding cruise? Is that the one you guys are talking about? I saw that some of the DWTS folks are going to be on the first Dream cruise, that would be fun to be on.

Still no cruise bookings here. Still using DVC, though, and having fun. We did three nights at the Royal Pacific before we came home, and went to see Harry Potter. It was fun but cold.

Well, my eldest and her boys are home now. I think. She's probably way too busy trying to settle them into bed to call me. Pretty quiet around here. It will take me a few days to acclimate.

It's good to be back home where it is warmer. This morning we went snow tubing in Gatlinburg. Had a great time, but then snow is fun when you only have it for 2 hours.

We had one new experience traveling home. Since we were on small airplanes we decided to check one bag instead of trying to fit for space in the overhead.

That bag did not make it home to Daytona. Apparently there was not enough room in the plane so it comes in at midnight. They can deliver it tomorrow for us.

Thankfully it was not the start of the trip, but the end.

Stacey - We saw the winner of the punt/pass and kick competition was from Cave Creek AZ. And since Sam said there are only 20 folks in the town, you must know her.

Oh, the joys of living in metro Atlanta: Day 5 of no school due to our Sunday night snow/ice storm!!! It was fun for about the 1st day and a half; now it's just annoying!!!

Our local ABC station has preempted Good Morning America every day this week so they could stay on for extended coverage to tell us it's icy out there!!

It's over 32 degrees this afternoon (first time in days ) so we're finally melting!!

Gymnastic season has started. The weather has been perfect here in Knoxville.

Lisa did well today. She had 2 firsts, 1 second, 1 third. 2 place overall.

Great way to start the season.

Best part is that we now get to enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Way to go Lisa...get those scores up for college....

Hey Ang, I have a question - are you anywhere near Doraville, GA? I have a package stuck at UPS since 1-11-2011 - and it just now popped up with "advese weather conditions". With no school and ice, I expect this now makes sense.
