Il Mulino, is there a dress code

I am hoping to not have to pack more than shorts and jeans for our upcoming trip, and this is the only place I am not sure if there is a dress code. Also, can you put bill on room "key", or do you pay up front, not that it really matters, but just wondering.

There isn't a dress code at Il Mulino but most people dress a bit nicer there. If you are staying at the Swan or Dolphin you can charge to your room.

Thanks for info. I guess it's like Narccossees and some of the others ,we've gone dressed decent, and sweaty after hours at MK in 98 degree heat.

DH & DS can go in jeans and golf shirts...I don't want to have to bring extra shoes, so boys gotta stick with sneakers. I miss the days of flying when each person could take 2 suitcases for free !! I have to cram 3 people into 1 suitcase and 1 tote, 40lb each or pay $30 more, and I am so frustrated by it, I refuse !!

No torn clothing, swimwear, hats or tank tops on men, t-shirts with offensive wording.

Most anything else will be fine.
