We are most likely going to leave from resort (FQ or WL) to get to this restaurant. What is the best way to get there from either resort?

By using Disney transportation, take the WL/FW ferry to the Magic Kingdom, walk to the bus stop there for Swan Dolphin (if theres a bus there for that I can't remember) if not then bus for the Boardwalk resort and once arrived at Boardwalk walk to the Swan/Dolphin where the restaurant is.

Otherwise use uber or a taxi.
