II trade to Europe ???

DH and I are in the planning stages of a trip to Italy for next year. Does anyone have any information on Sunterra's Palazzo Catalani? DH and I would love to be able to use points for this trip. We were stationed in Italy for three years and can't wait to get back!!
Also, what are the dates for the high - mid - low season calendars for II trades?

You will probably have to call MS with the dates for low, mid and high season.
