Andy is fine. He does not have Frankenhands.

I no longer have a ticker (due to virus problems) but I'm 5 weeks and 2 days out from my vacation. I hope the health problems don't cancel it.

My new Kindle has arrived. My company is paying for it and all of the books. Between the Kindle and my iphone, I may never be seen or heard from again. Please no celebrating until I'm really gone.

PK, it must be another dis-irony about the tickers, don't you think? I don't have the energy to create another set of them so I'll be naked like my dogs for awhile.

Wick, I work for an amazing company (I'm the CFO in a large manufacturing company). My only regret is that I didn't find this place further back than 13 years ago. I'm grossly overpaid and overappreciated. I have all kinds of perks that make my life better than it deserves to be. I try very hard to stay grounded about it and never take it for granted. I also try not to talk too much about the big perks because I honestly don't deserve them. But the little perks like the Kindle are nice stories to share.

Kerrie, Frankenhands can't possibly stop your WDW vacation. What do you need hands there for anyway? Buzz Lightyear gets by all day without having usable hands.

Here's his first. It started as a stick figure of me and DD10, he's added the next 2, the last 2 still need to be added.

Okay. I thought the biggest one was supposed to be your oldest DD. I guess that's you. When he takes a nap, give the kids some permanent markers and ask them to add the two youngest. What dad doesn't love artwork by their kids?

I'm sure he'll love knowing you called him a rainbow. He does use his arm to show DS that pink is okay. DH wears pink everyday.

All of it is significant. His dad retired from the military as a chief, hence the chief. His mom's name is Rose. The diamond is for me because it's my birthstone (and he said he told the guys he worked with that I'm priceless ), the 3 oldest kids are on there with pictures going along with their names, the snake for DD10, the jeep grill for DS, and the Harley emblem for DD5. He wants to do the other 2 on his other arm. Someday.

I don't want a tattoo because I have nothing that I need to boldly express about myself for the rest of my life on my skin. It's just not me.
