IG or Main Entrance Faster to Norway at RD?

For our July trip both Frozen Fever and Anna/Elsa are our priorities. Even if we are able to score a FP for one, am assuming they will share tier 1--leaving our best option as RD. So which way would be recommended? IG or main entrance?

Main gate.
Guests will be admitted through the gates at a time earlier than the posted "opening time."
Then they will be held at an internal rope at or near the Fountain of Nations in the center area between the Innoventions buildings.

Sadly I also would expect a ton of Pre-park opening dinners to be going over there and starting an "unofficial queue". That is what happened when the sisters were there originally. I even went at 9 on the dot and had to wait until their second set at noon and that was with nobody having fastpass. So just make sure you grab a later in the day fp for which ever one you aren't doing first. Hopefully they open early than 11 but if they open at 11 like the rest of WS you can imagine there will be a bunch of people just waiting around in Norway for it to open.
