If you're watching Olympics figure skating tonite, is this driving you crazy too?

We don't have cable, so I've been watching the skating on Peacock and USA (we have Sling). USA has superior coverage, and I like the way they show the scoring; it includes the name of the move, the base value, and what the skater actually earned for the move. I don't mind Tara and Johnny doing the commentary. Peacock is driving me CRAZY. No commentators, and the scoring box is nuts. They just show little boxes for each move, and the box turns red (missed), yellow (judges want to see it again) or green (full credit). HOWEVER... I think the little boxes are supposed to be blue, but I can't tell the difference between blue and green our our TVs, so it's extra frustrating!

Last night I was watching on Peacock and used the link below. I really like it. It gives the skating lineup and you can toggle to see each skater's music, planned itinerary of moves, music, coaches, season's best, scores, etc. It made watching Peacock far more tolerable!

"Review," when judges want to take another look is no big deal, and is very common.

On the technical panel, the head of the tech panel "calls" each element as the skater does it -- not what the skater intended to do, what they actually accomplished. That "call" is heard by the assistant, and if they have any question about the call, they say "review," and the video of that element is marked for review. After the skater has completed their program, the technical panel reviews the tagged videos and rules on each reviewed element.

The technical panel's decisions are final and are the base from which the judges build the final score.

I actually like seeing the scoring box. I am only a casual observer of ice skating - primarily only watch during the Olympics. So, the scoring and the commentary both help me to understand what I"m seeing. Yes, the commentary could be a little less so it doesn't really overpower the music, but I do like them talking some about the routine.
