What are you making?

I'm cooking for 4. The menu (as of now...)

Breakfast:
Sausage, egg, hashbrown Casserole - will make this ahead

Apps:
Vegetable Tray (with only carrots and broccoli because that's all anyone will eat anyway!)
Cocktail Weenies (not excited about this one)

Dinner:
Ham
Twice baked potatoes - make these ahead
Green Beans
Baked beans (not sure about this) - make these ahead
Rolls

Dessert:
Pie
Cake (it is Jesus' birthday - what's a birthday without cake?)

I'm making monkey bread for breakfast, and thinking about having a fruit tray.

dinner is ham, macaroni and cheese (make ahead), scalloped potatoes, rolls. Trying to figure out a vegetable dish, but haven't gotten that far yet. Dessert is pumpkin squares and chocolate cake. Not sure if I am going to make a peanut butter pie or not.

I'm having open house for 50 or so people Friday night, so no cooking here Saturday but wanted to make a suggestion for appetizer. I make a taco dip(on package Ranch powder, one cream cheese, 1/2 to 1 pint sour cream... spread on serving plate, top with jar of salsa, cheddar cheese and olives if you like, serve with tortilla chips). It always goes well, you can put in and out of the fridge as the day goes on. Can also add lettuce if you are planning to just eat at one period of time.

I am making a sausage, cheese, egg and hashbrown breakfast casserole. If I also remember bisquits too. Will also have Rice Krispie treats on hand and my mom is bringing a pumpkin ring type of desert. We will be going out to Disney property for dinner.

I'll do cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and then for dinner we'll have turkey with gravy, stuffing, broccoli, and cranberry relish. Haven't thought of a dessert yet.

Lunch:

Baked Ham

Deviled Eggs
Rolls

Dessert/Sweets:

Rice Krispy Treats
Fudge--peanut butter, dark chocolate, vanilla, chocolate mint....maybe more
Decorated Sugar Cookies
Sweet/salty chex mix...don't really know what to call this--it has pretzels, peanuts, two kinds of chex mix the coated with either milk or white chocolate and broken into bunches. Sometimes I put M & Ms or peanut M & Ms in it too.

I think that's everything....

In a separate bowl, combine 4 T butter, onion powder, soup, salt, pepper, sour cream and cheese.

My mom always does the little weenies in BBQ sauce... we love them! I might try using the little weenies for mini pigs-in-blankets. Or would they be called piglets-in-blankets? :)
